These terms cover your use of the websites run by Mechanical Room Solutions, LLC (“MRS”), including rfq.mrs-upstate.com and rfq.mrs-pa.com. By using the site you agree to them.
Quotes and sales
Information on this site, including product listings, line cards, cutsheets, sizing tools, and estimates, is for planning and reference. It is not an offer to sell. Any quote or proposal from MRS is governed by the MRS Terms and Conditions attached to that quote, which control over these terms for any sale.
Accounts
If you are given an account, keep your sign-in private and tell us if you think it has been misused. We may suspend or remove access at any time.
What you upload
You keep ownership of the specifications, drawings, and other files you send us. You confirm you have the right to share them, and you allow MRS to store, copy, and use them to prepare quotes, submittals, and related work for your project.
Acceptable use
- Do not try to get into areas or data you have not been given access to.
- Do not scrape, overload, or interfere with the site.
- Do not upload anything unlawful or harmful, such as malware.
Our content
Site content, tools, and the MRS name and logo belong to MRS or its manufacturers and are protected by law. Manufacturer names and trademarks belong to their owners. You may use the materials for evaluating and buying products through MRS, not for republishing or resale.
Tools and calculators
Sizing, takeoff, pricing, and other tools give estimates only. Confirm all selections against the project documents, manufacturer data, and the engineer of record before ordering or installing.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, MRS disclaims all warranties about the site and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using it. Product warranties come from the manufacturer and the quote that covers the sale.
